(Please note: Each session will be scheduled for 2 hours, but please allow extra time as we may run slightly over.)

Session One (08 June 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): Sharon will be talking you through the fundamentals of HMO set up, tenancies, planning, licencing, legal responsibilities, and overall management as UK and international investors. Homework will be set during this training session.
Session Two (22 June 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): The first part of the session will again be with Sharon, continuing with all things HMO’s. The second part of the session, James will introduce you to the world of conversions and commercial elements of the industry. Homework will be set during this training session.
Session Three (06 July 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): James will continue to delve into the world of commercial to residential conversions, the ins and outs of how to assess an opportunity, planning, overall process, and check lists to take into your business. Homework will be set during this training session.
Session Four (20 July 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): Hayley and Paul will be introducing you to serviced accommodation – highlighting the opportunities in this market sector, what not to do, set up, costs, research, legislation and contracts with practical exercises for you to go away and implement. Homework will be set during this training session.
Session Five (03 August 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): Imran will be talking to you about the importance of area research and building off the basics to leave you confident to assess any area you are looking to invest in. Homework will be set during this training session.
Session Six (17 August 2022, starting at 6pm UK Time): Hayley will be talking to you about questions to ask your sourcing agent. During this session we will introduce you to three sourcing agents that source specifically the strategies you have been learning about over the last 90 days. There will be 45 minutes speed dating with the sourcing agents and then to finish off you will go through a five-year plan of action.
For a set period, as part of the Programme you will automatically be invited to the Your Freedom Empire Alumni Support Studio for further assistance with your property business progression.
